Name: Rannikko (“Seacoast” in Finnish), or Rani would be good enough.

Species: Kyogre.

Gender: Genderless, but prefers being called as a female.

Age: 16 (Pretty much immortal at this point.)

Height and Weight: 4’11”/388lbs.

Side: Good.

District: Kiseki.

Job: Commander.

Attacks: Earthquake – Blizzard – Water Spout - Thunderbolt.

Ability: Drizzle (Summons rain in battle.)

Lvl: 100.

Personality: Rani has a pretty chill personality for a Commander; she’s pleasant and optimistic most of the time, though she doesn’t have much of a common sense as she’s childish and hyperactive. After RPing for a while, I realized that she's also a very hardheaded person, who insists that people answer her when she demands. And she will not give in to people when they demand answers from her. *coughKelly*) (She insisted on having a flying Frisbee [Yes, that’s a Frisbee.] rather than a flying dish. God knows why.) However in work Rani’s perceptive and curious, therefore she’s always experimenting on new… objects. Weapons, per say. (She has a rather broad knowledge about that.)

History: Her life was pretty normal. She lived with her father (was pretty much of a daddy’s girl; always sticking with daddy to watch his experiments,) and she was always this little infantile, hyper child.
Everything took a turn at the age of 16.
Rani had a severe accident that pretty much damaged everything of her body and inside her body – in short, her organs and limbs were all mush. (It was her mother’s intention. She died in the driver’s seat.) Rani survived through the surgery luckily, but she could not see anything after that; and for a lively person this was a very huge disappointment.
She said she couldn’t feel life anymore. She didn’t want to live. (She also felt responsible for her mother’s death; she never knew that her mother wanted her to die.)
Ranikko fell into a huge depression phase after that, and this required her father, a brilliant scientist, to “fix” his daughter. Of course, he could not bear to make his daughter living a vegetable life. Working with androids was one of the things he was good at, so everything about Rani physically had been replaced to her request. She allowed her father to perform the “change” on her, as she wanted to live. (It took a while for her to think.)
(She also asked him to make her arms of a bigger size, as she loved the adorable look her dolls had.)
It was a success. The new body reacted to how she was thinking immediately; therefore it worked as a normal one. Best thing was, she is now able to see, as her eyes also got a replacement. Though she can’t exactly “feel” anything physically with her nerves as with the old body, she is now content.
(This is one of the reasons why she wanted to work as a weapon maker, as she had experienced herself the magic of technology.)
She struck to the position of Commander in the Kiseki district by her knowledge and passion for weapon making.

Additional Info:
- She loves water, especially rain.
(She’s waterproof, in case you’re wondering. Her suit is made to prevent water from entering the insides.)
- If she fistpumps, kicks or headbutts you, it will hurt. Just a heads up.
- Sometimes she suffers from random depressions as the past still struck her sometimes. I recommend you stay away from her if you see Rani being under the weather.
And please try not to go too deep into her past.
- She has no common sense. As in, she is really random. XD;
- She likes to slide from place to place using the engines attached to her feet.
- One of her biggest wish is to be able to fly. She had a flying Frisbee for that purpose, though.
- She mostly addresses everyone as "sir" or "miss." (The people who she doesn't call like that are Solstice (Sol), Omicron (Cron) and Isabelle (Isa).)
- In case you're wondering how she can perform her attacks: Blizzard, Water Spout and Thunderbolt are done by her transforming her arms into guns so she can shoot things. 8D (Right for Blizzard and Water Spout, Left for Thunderbolt.) For Earthquake, her feet sunk into the earth purposefully and they start causing vibration. eve;
